  Everything was amazing. I just thought it was a little pricey but too be fair I think that’s probably as good as you’ll get these days. I got the Tesla Charger directly from them and then the install in which they went through my basement to access the garage. It took him about 3 hours and the charging unit was $585.   Bought a new electric car and needed a charger installed at home rather quickly. Contacted several approved installers, and Electrical Works was the only one that bothered to come by and look at our install which I new would be easier than most. Because of that, they were able to give us the most competitive bid, and most comfort that they would do the job right. Work was complete a few days later in only 2 hours.   After obtaining quotes from numerous electricians, including ones recommended by neighbours as well as ones listed on Tesla's website, we decided to go with The Electrical Works for the installation of a Tesla Wall Connector at our home.

The primary reason we went with this company was because Joe DeFilippis was very helpful with my many questions and was one of the few contractors who actually came to house to review the installation location. This gave me greater comfort in an accurate quote and understanding of the work that is required for the installation.

The installation was completed by one of Joe's staff, Aaron, who arrived on-time and worked diligently. He walked me through the work to confirm the location of the wall box and routing of the wiring. Aaron executed the work with great craftsmanship and walked us through the setup at the end.

Melinda worked us to schedule the mandatory ESA inspection and did a great job communicating with us on the expectations of the inspection. The installation was passed by ESA without any issues.

Overall, I was very happy with the work that The Electrical Works completed. The price was not the cheapest of the half dozen quotes I got, but their professionalism give me confidence that the price paid was worthwhile. I would use them again for other electrical work at my home.
